NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 5/24/16, and entered in 15002880CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EDWARD L. WIWI, DECEASED; SHERRI SMITH; JENEDA STEVENS; JULIE BETHEL; LANDINGS ON LEMON BAY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
