NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 20,2015, and entered in Case#: 2015-CA-001118 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein REAL ESTATE SOLUTIONS 911, Plaintiff, and BECK'S FAMILY PROPERTIES, LLC, a Florida limited liability company; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION, and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED DEFENDANTS, collectively, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions at 11:00 a.m. on the 11th day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
