NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15002818CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Latoya Sewell, Lorna Cunningham, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Malik Walker, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 5 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
