NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 1, 2016 in Case No. 2016 CC 966, the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on July 1, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit #16 of Country Retreat, a Residential Cooperative, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Master Form Proprietary Lease recorded in Official Records Book 1660, Pages 3969 - 4023, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, TOGETHER WITH 1973 SCHU Mobile Home VIN S122364.
