NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated June 7, 2016, entered in Civil Case No. 41-2013-CA-002818 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006- 18CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-18CB, Plaintiff and SYLVIA FRATONI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SYLVIA FRATONI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #I IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 IN POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at:
