The West 100 feet of the North 50 feet of the following described land, to wit:
Commence at the SW corner of Section 30, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, thence run East along the center line of Tallevast Road 1854.93 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence run North 02' West a distance of 532.8 feet to a point; thence turn and run East a distance of 163.5 feet to a point; thence turn and run South 02' East a distance of 532.8 feet to a point on the center line of the Tallevast Road; thence turn and run West along said center line a distance of 163.5 feet to the Point of Beginning.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Jeff Gano, plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1627 US Hwy 92 W, Auburndale, FL 33823, on or before July 17, 2016, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.
