NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 16, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2015CA003443000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and MORRIS PICKENS A/K/A MORRIS PICK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MORRIS PICKENS A/K/A MORRIS PICK; WOODLAKE GARDEN PATIO HOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 2 OF WOODLAKE PATIO HOMES AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT A POINT 2035.86 FEET SOUTH AND 560.96 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN EAST 40.0 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 107.0 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 40.0 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 107.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ALSO KNOWN AS:
LOT 2, WOODLAKE AREA TEN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
