SORENSEN; CATHERINE D. SORENSEN; THE VILLAGE AT SCOTT LAKE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2 are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 06, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 27, OF SCOTT LAKE VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 81, PAGES 15 AND 16 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
