NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015CA000930 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., formerly known as OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and Kathy Mathis, Unknown Party #1 nka Tammy Mathis, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Lillie Mae Davis, deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 11th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 66, BLOCK IV, OF RIVER PARK EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, SAID POINT LYING ON THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 14TH STREET, RUN EAST 25.12 FEET; THENCE NORTH 69 DEGREES 22 MINUTES 48 SECONDS EAST 58.79 FEET; THENCE EAST 37.02 FEET; THENCE NORTH 14 DEGREES 25 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST A DISTANCE OF 41.57 FEET; THENCE WEST 117.85 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF 14TH STREET; SAID POINT LYING ON A CURVE THAT IS CONCAVE TO THE EAST; THENCE RUN IN A SOUTHEASTERLY DIRECTION FOLLOWING THE CURVATURE OF SAID CURVE (SAID CURVE HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 6 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 29 SECONDS, AN ARC OF 63.62 FEET, A CHORD OF 63.59 FEET AND A RADIUS OF 555.82 FEET) A DISTANCE OF 63.62 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
