NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and ROME TRUST HOLDINGS, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 5139, DATED JUNE 19, 2013; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST NO. 5139, DATED JUNE 19, 2013; JOSEPH W. GOLLICK SR; CONNIE GOLLICK; COUNTRY VIEW ESTATES III & IV PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A BELINDA BATEMAN IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 13th day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
