NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-001267, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MILLIE P. KELLEY A/K/A MILLIE KELLEY; COMMERCIAL CREDIT CORP N/K/A CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., ET AL are defendants. Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of Court for COLLIER County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the LOBBY on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5 BLOCK 108, OF GOLDEN GATE UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97-105, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
