NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000354 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Jerilyn Savage are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, UNIT 1, SOUTH 1/2 OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 254, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
