NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 3, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050241 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CitiFinancial Servicing LLC is the Plaintiff and Dagoberto Ramirez; Apolonin Ramirez; U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee of CV1 Loan GT Trust 1 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the Oct. 31, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH ONE-HALF OF LOT 3, BLOCK 6, SUNCOAST ESTATES S/D, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 32, PAGE 525, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA. AS PER SURVEY PLAT ON THE REVERSE SIDE HEREOF. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2000 REDMAN INDUSTRIES, INC. MOBILE HOME, VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBERS FLA14615482A and FLA14615482B.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
