NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050224 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank One, National Association, as Trustee for Credit Suisse First Boston Mortgage Securities Corp. CSFB Mortgage-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2002-26 is the Plaintiff and Cynthia A. Paul; Jason R. Paul; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the July 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 61 AND 62, BLOCK 1085, CAPE CORAL UNIT 23, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 39 THROUGH 52, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
