NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 9, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-000741 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CALIBER HOME LOANS, INC., Plaintiff, and ROBERT VANPELT; VICTORIA A. VANPELT;, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 7 day of October, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:

THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE(S) 135 THROUGH 150, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
