NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2016-CA-000355 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust 2006-AR4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR4, Plaintiff and Irvin Alfonso are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
