UNKNOWN TENANT #2, and all unknown parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against any Defendant, or claiming any right, title, and interest in the subject property,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 13, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES LYING 30 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF SAID SECTION 4 LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4.
ALSO SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE PURPOSE LYING 25 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE WEST LINE OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF SAID SECTION 4.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
