NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder in cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on July 13, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, that certain real property situated in the County of Lee, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:

SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES LYING 30 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF SAID SECTION 4 LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4.
