NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 15-CA-050727 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Kevin L. McMillan; Virginia R. McMillan; The Unknown Spouse of Kevin L McMillan; The Unknown Spouse of Virginia R McMillan; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the October 6, 2016 following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 63 AND 64, BLOCK 4462, CAPE CORAL UNIT 63, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 48-81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
