NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 9 day of June, 2016, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-56826, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES (FHAMS 2005-FA8), BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is the Plaintiff and SAVERIO A. MOREO, JR. JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TOM JOHNSON; and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARJORIE W. EGAN A/K/A MARJORIE L. EGAN IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 1431, CAPE CORAL, UNIT 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 76 TO 88, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
