NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 2, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050700 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and ROBERT W. HRAHA, HEATHER A. HRAHA, HOMESALES, INC., NATIONWIDE MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF CARL ROBERTS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A ROBERT HRAHA IV, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSSESSION 2 N/K/A AMBER JACOB, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on September 14, 2016, at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 17, UNIT 2, SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, AT PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
