NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000786, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and BEVERLY LAGUER A/K/A BEVERLY RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 9 day of September, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT (S) 34 AND 35, BLOCK 1812, UNIT 45, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 122 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
