NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2016 CC 000278 NC, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit Week No. 25, in Condominium Parcel Number 321, of FOUR WINDS BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1419, Pages 1979 through 2064, inclusive, as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 15, Pages 46, 46A through 46G, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
