NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2016, and entered in 2015 CA 003613 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff and MARY E. PELLETIER A/K/A MARY PELLETIER; FAIRWAY OAKS CONDOMINIUM, INC.; ACHIEVA CREDIT UNION, AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 17, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 104, FAIRWAY OAKS, F/K/A PAR 72, PHASE 5, CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICAL RECORD BOOK 915, PAGE 837, AND AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
