NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-007013-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A. AS TRUSATEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and SUANNE M. TASKEY, ET AL, are Defendants, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 5th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 35, RIDGEWOOD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
