NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 1, 2016, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005759-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Frederick B. Hutchinson; The Unknown Spouse of Frederick B. Hutchinson; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH THE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE SOUTHERLY 50 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: COMMENCE AT THE CENTER OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE ONE-QUARTER SECTION LINE, 349.66 FEET FOR THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH ALONG THE ONE-QUARTER SECTION LINE, 660.07 FEET TO INTERSECT THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH THREE-QUARTERS OF THE NORTH ONE-HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE-QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 35; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 10 MINUTES 49 SECONDS WEST, ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE, OF THE NORTH 3/4 OF THE NORTH 1/3 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, 660.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH AND PARALLEL WITH SAID ONE-QUARTER SECTION LINE, 660.07 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 10 MINUTES 49 SECONDS EAST AND PARALLEL WITH SAID SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 3/4 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, 660.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
