NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2016, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001003ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST MICHAEL WILLIAMS A/K/A MICHAEL ERNEST WILLIAMS, DECEASED; PATRICK MICHAEL WILLIAMS A/K/A PATRICK M. WILLIAMS, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL WILLIAMS A/K/A MICHAEL ERNEST WILLIAMS, DECEASED; MARIA ELIZABETH SHEPHERD A/K/A MARIA E. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 5 FEET THEREOF.
