NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001334-CAAX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DAVID W. PRATER, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 709.45 feet of the South 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 24, Township 24 South, Range 21 East, of Pasco County, Florida, subject to right of way for Sparkman Road over the West side thereof.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
