NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-001350-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and PHIL R. LAKE; PATTY R. HARRIGAN-LAKE; COUNTRY WALK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGIONS BANK, DOING BUSINESS AS AMSOUTH BANK, are defendants. Paula O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 127 OF COUNTRY WALK INCREMENT F, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE(S) 1 THROUGH 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
