NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 25, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2014-CA-002377-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DIANE AVERIL POULSEN; SADDLEBROOK RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants. Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 18TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3173, SADDLEBROOK CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1143, PAGE 706, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 45 THROUGH 47, TOGETHER WITH A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE LAND DESCRIBED IN O.R. BOOK 821, PAGE 1006 AND IN O.R. BOOK 839, PAGE 1763, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
