NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2016, entered in Case No. 2011-CA-004494 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Provident Funding Associates, L.P. is the Plaintiff and Estate of Jennie Fileccia; Diane Giurco, Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jennie Fileccia, Deceased; The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees or Other Claimants Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against Jennie Fileccia, Deceased; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, as Unknown Tenants in Possession; And All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By Through, Under or Against a Named Defendant to this Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title Or Interest In The Property Herein Described; Philamena LiCata; Unknown Spouse of Philamena LiCata are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 6th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2524, EMBASSY HILLS UNIT TWENTY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 120 AND 121, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
