NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-004873-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES RFC 2007-HE1 is Plaintiff and CHARLOTTE LYN PULIDO A/K/A CHARLOTTE L. PULIDO A/K/A JUDY L. PULIDO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; AMERICAN TRANSACTIONAL FUNDING TRUST; TIMBER POND UNIT #3 HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 12 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 5, TIMBER POND UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 69, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
