NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2016, and entered in 15-CA-009725 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BARBARA B. KEIM, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LEE AUGELLO A/K/A BARBARA LEE AUGELLO, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BARBARA B. KEIM, DECEASED; LEE AUGELLO A/K/A BARBARA LEE AUGELLO; DOREEN FISHER KEIM; DEBORAH ANN SANTIAGO; GARY BROWN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT; FREDRINA A. BROWN; YVONNE L. WEBSTER; ANGEL V. ADAMS; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
