NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-003940-CA-J, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2005-HE1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-HE1 is Plaintiff and GERALDINE L. BROOKS A/K/A GERALDINE BROOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GERALDINE L. BROOKS A/K/A GERALDINE BROOKS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; BOYETTE CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK āCā, OF BOYETTE CREEK PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
