NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-007410 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Sherry O'Neal-Ferguson, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, Solana Bay Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 nka Mike Simms, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
