NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-004791-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and CARL J. BRACCO A/K/A CARL BRACCO, and REPUBLIC MORTGAGE OF CHERRY HILL, INC., , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of July, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain parcel of land situate in the County of Pinellas, State of Florida, being known and designated as follows:
Lot 14, Sir-Lee Heights, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 66, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
