NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 17, 2016 in Civil Case No. 13-010732-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and JACK JAMES GOODSON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; BAY AREA HEART CENTER, P.A.; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR PINELLAS COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; UNIVERSITY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JUDITH A. WHITTON, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARLENE GOODSON, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of July, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, LESS THE NORTH 23 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 16, BLOCK 12, HIGHLAND GROVES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
