NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 12, TIMBERLINE, a Condominium, according to plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 92, Pages 103-106, and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 6335, Pages 6-73, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1940 Elaine Drive, Clearwater, Florida, 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on July 29, 2016.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
