NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 10 May, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-007372 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, is the Plaintiff and Albert Peter Dudley, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen F. Dudley, deceased, CACV of Colorado, LLC, Imperial Cove Condominium IX Association, Inc., Jennifer Dudley Greenwell a/k/a Jennifer D. Greenwell, as an Heir of the Estate of Helen F. Dudley, deceased, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Helen F. Dudley, deceased, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 11th of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
