NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 31, 2016 and Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale Date dated June 7, 2016 and signed by and entered in Case No.: 15-2495-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and HORN VI, LLC, is the Defendant. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on July 14, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 14, Block 71, PLAN OF NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 64 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Commonly referred to as 6910 2nd Street North, St. Petersburg, FL 33702.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
