NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Default Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 3rd day of June, 2016, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 11-000296-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 10, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 16, in Block 67, of MEADOW LAWN TWELFTH ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 53, at Page 68 and 69, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
