NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-005691-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MAURICE WARING; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAURICE WARING; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 12th day of July, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit E-1, in Building No. 126 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, PHASE XV A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5702, page 1317, and according to Condominium Plat Book 74, pages 57 through 61, inclusive of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; TOGETHER with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
