NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 4, 2016 in Civil Case No. 14-004247-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A is the Plaintiff, and ALEXANDER M. KUNIS; AMY M. KUNIS; MANNING OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER M. KUNIS ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AMY M. KUNIS ; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; JUDITH ANN MILHAILOFF WILLEY AS TRUSTEE OF RONALD R. WILLEY IRREVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 19, 2002.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on July 5, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2, MANNING OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 124, PAGE 80 THROUGH 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
