NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-003032-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., GMACM MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR1, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ROSEMARY A. SANTORA A/K/A ROSEMARY ANNE SANTORA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSEMARY A. SANTORA A/K/A ROSEMARY ANN SANTORA; KIMBERLY E. SWANK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of JULY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1, YACHT CLUB ESTATES UNIT 11, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 58, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
