NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Corrected Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered on March 21, 2016 in Case No. 14-007435-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which Capital Income and Growth Fund, LLC., is Plaintiff, and Virgil L. Purvis a/k/a Virgil Lee Purvis, Sr. Individually, et al., are Defendants, Ken Burke, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 am or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 26th day of July, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 5, ROOSEVELT PARK ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE(S) 52, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
