NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 31, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-005810-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-OPT1, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT1, is Plaintiff and SHIRLEY ALQUIST F/K/A SHIRLEY SUNDSTROM; JOHN ALQUIST; FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG, NO. 306, INC.; OPTION ONE MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 30TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
GEORGETOWN BUILDING UNIT 111, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF FIVE TOWNS OF ST. PETERSBURG NO. 306, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 19, PAGES 95, 96 AND 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, FILED SEPTEMBER 6, 1974 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4212, PAGE 575, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NUMBER 74-120231, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.36% SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
