NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 8, 2016, in Case No. 16-000425-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, CAROLYN MULLANE PRICE, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SARAH MOSS MULLANE, is Plaintiff, and, CAROLYN MULLANE PRICE and JAMES D. MULLANE, JR. are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the online website www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Apartment Unit 107, of Cove Cay Condominium Twenty-Six Fifteen, Village 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3908, at Page 862, as amended, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida;
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
