NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated April 15, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2010-012491-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, is Plaintiff and PARESH SHUKLA; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; GRAND VENEZIA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; P & R RENOVATIONS AND INTERIORS, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOMES LOANS, INC.; are defendants. KEN BURKE, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 14 day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 214, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPUTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
