Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 16-2991-CO-041, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF APARTMENT NO. 706, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF KALMIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINUM, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE #504, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 63 AND 64. PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 1, 1970 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3403, PAGES 847 THROUGH 947, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND MADE A PART HEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2016. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
