NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 3, 2016, entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-006064 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF SAMI II 2006-AR1,MTG PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-AR1 is the Plaintiff and Burke F. Hedges AKA Burke Hedges; The Unknown Spouse of Burke F. Hedges AKA Burke Hedges; Christina M. Fazlin AKA Christina M. Hedges; The Unknown Spouse of Christina M. Fazin AKA Christina M. Hedges; Debra S. Hedges; Zita K. Andre; Thomas M. Dunn; Any and All Unknown Parties claiiming by, through, under and against the herein named defendants who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees or other claimants; Suntrust Bank; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 7th day of July, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 53, FEATHER SOUND CUSTOM HOME SITES UNIT II, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75 AT PAGE(S) 72 AND 73, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
