NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2016 and entered in CASE NO. 2010-CA-000028 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA2is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO IRENEO RODRIGUEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERTO IRENEO RODRIGUEZ, ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, CHICKASAW OAKS PHASE THREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., AND ALL OTHER PARTIES HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN AND TO THE PROPERTY UNDER FORECLOSURE HEREIN, AND JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, MARIA RODRIGUEZ, PATRICIA J.
